1. Data Collection and Usage

Volatility Radar does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app only stores localized user preferences and settings directly on your device using UserDefaults. This data remains on your device and is never uploaded to external servers.

2. Third-Party Services

To provide core app functionality, Volatility Radar utilizes the following third-party services:

RapidAPI / Yahoo Finance: Used to fetch financial market data. No user data, personal identifiers, or device information are ever sent to these services.
Apple StoreKit: Handles in-app purchases and subscriptions securely. All payment processing is managed entirely by Apple, and the app never sees or stores your financial information.
Apple Push Notification service (APNs): Used locally on your device to manage alerts. We do not maintain any external servers to track your notifications.

3. CCPA & CCPA/CPRA Compliance

Because Volatility Radar does not collect, track, store, or share any personal information, we are fully compliant with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) by design. There is no personal data for us to disclose, delete, or sell to third parties.

4. Children's Privacy

Volatility Radar does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under the relevant age in your jurisdiction), in full compliance with COPPA and Apple App Store Review Guidelines. Since the app gathers no personal data from any user, no children's data is ever collected or processed.
